Loox and Reviews.io Integrations

Already collecting reviews with Loox or Reviews.io? Connect it to Dialogue and your star ratings can show on the products inside your Dialogue assets, like carousels. Shoppers see social proof right where they browse.

Connect Loox

1. In your Dialogue dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Find the Loox card and click Connect.
3. In the window that opens, click Connect.

That’s it. The card now shows Connected.

Connect Reviews.io

1. In your Dialogue dashboard, go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Find the Reviews.io card and click Connect.
3. Enter the CSS class your store uses for its Reviews.io star rating.
4. Click Connect.

Not sure which class to enter? Open the chat in your Dialogue dashboard and ask Dia, or ask to talk to a person.

Show the stars on an asset

Once you’re connected, turn ratings on for each asset where you want them:

1. Open the asset and go to the Design tab.
2. Open Rating & Badges.
3. Turn on Rate.
4. Save and publish your asset.

You can also choose where the stars sit on the product card from the same panel.

Disconnect

Go back to Settings > Integrations, click the card, and click Disconnect.

Using a different review app? Dialogue also connects to Yotpo and Stamped.
