Connecting your feed is a very important step to unlock the full capabilities with Dialogue. Connecting your feed to Dialogue does not require any coding experience.
Log in to your Dialogue account, and click on your domain at the top right of the dashboard, and click on “Settings” tab from the left bar in the dashboard. Then click on the “Integrations” tab at the top of the dashboard.
You will be directed to the Integrations settings, click on “Feed parser”
Once you clicked on the Feed parser you will be directed to entering your feed URL (XML/CSV format). Include here your Feed's link and click "Next"
The final step of the feed integration is to match your feed fields to our database. You need to drag & drop each field to the matching field in our database.
Use the Autofill option to let our algorithm automatically match your fields with our database.
Very Important! - when using Autofill, always review to verify that all fields were matched correctly.
* It is recommended to add as many fields as possible to make the algorithm work better.
Once you finish connecting the feed it will be saved at the Feed parser section that you visited before.
You can always edit and make changes in your fields.
The feed is updated twice a day and you can force additional updates manually by pressing on the “More” icon and “Update”.
