Promoted Products are a great way of automatically publicizing your most popular products based on Yotpo's smart algorithm.
Yotpo's smart algorithm automatically promotes your most popular products by purchase date, star rating, number of reviews, and more.
By showcasing these products prominently, you can capture the attention of potential buyers and increase sales and revenue as customers are more likely to be drawn to these featured products.
Yotpo's algorithm will choose products for you based on the following logic:
Top Rated
Promoted Products will suggest products with the highest star rating and most votes
Top Selling
Promoted Products will suggest products the most purchased products in your store
❕Products promoted by Yotpo's algorithm must have been purchased at least once within the last 14 days.
Make sure the products you want to promote fulfill the following:
They are not on your Yotpo blocklist
They aren't hidden in your Dialogue product feed
They are currently in stock
Offering Yotpo's Promoted Products is simple:
From the Dialogue dashboard choose what asset you want to use to showcase Yotpo's promoted Products, then from the Segments Tab, choose a segment, and click on the Product Rules.
In this case, we are cross selling last purchase items for our paying customers, and we want everyone else to see Yotpo's Promoted Products" instead of just the best selling products.
By Clicking on the product rules we can choose from the menu of prefixed rules our "Yotpo's favorites" rule.
