From Dialogue's Dashboard homepage scroll to the bottom, click on integrations > Choose Yotpo> Click Connect.
From here, you'll be redirected to log in to Yotpo. If you're already logged into Yotpo, you'll only need to approve Dialogue to gain access to your Yotpo account.
Once you've successfully connected Yotpo & Dialogue, you'll see a success message confirming the integration.

Using Yotpo loyalty attributes is simple:
From the Dialogue dashboard choose what asset you want to segment and personalize, the click "Add Segment"
Click "New Segment"
Scroll to the Yotpo Membership segments and choose what loyalty attribution you want
to segment your audience on.
For example, if we choose "Tier Name", next we'll enter the name of the tier we want to segment.
Now we can choose a personalized product offering, with a personalized messaging.
So the same asset, whether a product recommendations carousel or a content asset will look and feel completely different depending on the Yotpo Tier the shopper is on.
