The Post Checkout page appears at the very bottom of the funnel, the last step in the buyer's journey: right after they made a purchase, and before the Thank You page, making it your final and unexpected opportunity to upsell your customers.
Flash Sale items - a sale of inventory at greatly reduced prices, lasting for only a short period of time. Perfect for end-of-season items.
Impulse items - Inventory items likely to be bought on impulse or without significant forethought. Perfect for lower ticket items, small accessories.
Gift Cards - offer a variety of gift cards based on value or use, consider offering a price reduction.
Two Step Set Up
1. Setting up Post Purchase on Shopify
From your Shopify account, go to Settings on the bottom left side menu then choose Checkout.
Scroll down to the Post-purchase page settings, and choose Dialogue as the app to be featured on the post-checkout page.

2. Creating & Launching the asset through Dialogue dashboard
Assets > Create > Cross Selling & Up Selling > Shopify Post-Checkout >
From the Dialogue dashboard, on the left menu, click on Assets then Create. Choose Cross Selling & Up Selling.
Now choose Shopify Post-Checkout, name your new asset, and click Create.

Design & Brand Compatibility
This smart asset automatically draws your Shopify store's colors in order to appear compatible with your brand's design, yet it is possible to further customize it through the Design tab. Click Save once you're happy with the design.
The screenshot we provide here is only a mockup from the Dialogue dashboard. The Post Checkout asset is a native Shopify asset, which means it automatically adjusts to your Shopify settings, so it adopts the colors set in your Shopify backend, and the fonts align with those displayed on the Thank You page.

For the Post Purchase asset, we recommend following these messaging references with customization to your segmentation & product rules:
Offering A Post Purchase Incentive
Grabbing the last minute attention of your shoppers to an item they reviewed but haven't purchased, might not be sufficient and require a little incentive. Offering a discount on an item could increase your overall AOV.
While in the Asset Editor, scroll down to Choose discount. You can choose from your store's existing discounts, Or create a new discount.
Don't forget to click on "Publish" when you are done setting up your asset.
