1. Klaviyo Dashboard | Connect Klaviyo API Key

The first step in integrating Dialogue with Klaviyo is to connect your Klaviyo account to Dialogue using your Klaviyo Private API Key. This key is necessary to access Klaviyo data such as subscriber information and campaign metrics. Here are the steps to follow:

Log in to your Klaviyo account dashboard, navigate to Settings > Select API Keys.

Click on Create Private API Key

Name your API Key and select Full access Key > Click on Create to create your API Key.

Copy your API Key and go back to your Dialogue Dashboard.


2. Dialogue Dashboard | Paste The Klaviyo Private API Key

From the Dialogue Dashboard go to Settings > Integrations > Partnerships & 3rd party Integrations > Marketing > Klaviyo > Paste your Klaviyo Private API key.


3. Klaviyo Dashboard | Enable UTM Settings

From your Klaviyo Dashboard navigate to Account > Settings > UTM Settings > Enable the UTM_ID toggle.

In the following screen go to Your Account > Settings > Other > UTM Tracking.

  1. Set Campaign Value = your Campaign ID.

  2. Set Flow Value = your Flow Message ID.

  3. Enable Automatically Add UTM Parameters to Links toggle.

  4. Click to update UTM Tracking Settings
