Creating and designing an asset is a great start π But now we need to embed it so the shoppers can see it π
Choose a page type (Homepage, Product page, collection pages etc.)

Page Type Positioning - As a rule of thumb, assets are positioned based on page types. When positioning an asset on a page type, product pages for example, the asset will be positioned on all product pages, exceptions can be stipulated.
We have included several preset locations: Product pages, collection pages, collection list, search page, cart page, cart drawer page, homepage, 404 page, thank you page and Other.

Let's go through the steps of positioning Dialogue assets onto your theme blocks:
Enable the Dialogue extension
Position your asset

1. Enable the Dialogue Extension
Go to your Shopify admin and choose Online Store
Choose Themes > Customize
When opening your theme, go to App embeds on the left sidebar and search for DialogueAI Integration. Turn on the Dialogue extension by turning on the toggle.
2. Position your asset
Now that the Dialogue extension is all up and running, you're ready to position your asset in your theme.
Go to the Position tab and choose Position With Shopify.
Follow the instructions to install your asset.
Copy your asset ID by clicking on it
Clicking Position With Shopify will redirect you to the relevant page type within your store's theme.
You can either add a new section or a new block inside an existing section. This depends on where you want to position your asset.
Once you choose a new section or block, you'll see a box with options to insert this new section or block. Scroll down to the Apps section at the button and choose Dialogue Asset.
After inserting the Dialogue Asset into your new section or block, click on Dialogue Asset.
A new sidebar will open where you can paste your asset ID to finalize the positioning.
As soon as you paste your asset ID, you'll see your asset on your page. Click save!
3. Publish your asset!
After positioning your asset in your Shopify theme, you need to publish it in order to make sure it's up and running in your store.
Simply go back to your asset in the Dialogue dashboard and click Publish π
