Creating a Campaigner

Dialogue's Campaigner allows you to display promotions, campaigns, or anything else on your website in a very easy way.

Updated over 8 months ago

To create a Campaigner, starting at the home page, go to "Assets" on the left side menu and click on "Create", Choose the "Create Engaging Content" option, Then, choose "Campaigner". Choose the page type you would like the asset to be located in.

Name your new asset, and click on "Create".

Welcome to the "Campaigner" asset editor!

The first step to creating your Campaigner is to set Segments.

If your campaigner is meant to show the same content to all users, you can skip this step.

If you want your Campaigner to show different content to different users, see this video about segments > https://help.nowdialogue.com/en/articles/6966083-segments-overview

Once you have created a segment, the next step would be to add content for that segment.

Mark the segment you want to add content to by clicking on it, and then go to "Content" tab.

On the right, you can see the content units menu, where you can add new content units to the Campaigner, or assign existing ones.

If you already have content units in your account that you want to add to your campaigner, just filter "All campaigns", and assign the relevant ones.

To create a new content unit, click on "Add new content"

Then you can add a link for the campaign to lead to, headline, if you want also subheadline, and image from your gallery.

If you want the image shown on mobile to be different from desktop, you can add a separate image for mobile as well.

The third step is to design your asset. Choose a template and then play around with the sizes, colors, borders, etc.
Once you are happy with your design don't forget to click "save".

Finally, the last step is to position your asset, and it is ready to go live. πŸŽ‰
